As nowadays, recycling is more of a must rather than a suggestion the importance of not just raising awareness but educating the greater community is tremendous. Cyprus’s recycling non profit organization – Green Dot in cooperation with the municipality of Pafos (city in Cyprus) have started a new campaign with a purpose to inform and educate all of the citizens by sending an envelope to all the households including a recycling bag for paper and a recycling bag for PMD packaging. Furthermore, the envelope contained information material on the proper use of these bags, a map of the Municipality with the collection days of recyclable packaging, from each household, as well as a letter from the mayor.
